Precision Airlift Load Monitoring
The MSI-150 Sky-Weigh is a fully integrated cargo hook load monitoring system designed for medium to heavy-lift helicopters across both commercial and military applications. Each system is aircraft-specific, designed to interface directly with the helicopter’s cargo hook and includes a custom load sensor, digital indicator, and interface cables. FAA Supplemental Type Certification (STC) is available for most aircraft models.
The Sky-Weigh’s microprocessor-based digital indicator ensures superior accuracy and real-time weight display—even under the most dynamic load conditions. A brightness-adjustable display provides crystal-clear readings in pounds or kilograms, visible even in direct sunlight, with zero parallax error. The front-mounted zero and test controls allow quick access, while a full pre-flight test routine ensures system readiness and safety.
Built with aviation-grade reliability, the Sky-Weigh system is NVG-compatible, compact for panel mounting, and can be configured with digital signal conditioning for integration with Multi-Function Displays (MFDs). Additional customizations, including Wi-Fi or serial communication outputs, are available upon request.
