The RoughDeck® QC-X is Rice Lake’s most extreme sanitary floor scale, purpose-built for high-risk washdown applications in food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Constructed with solid 304 stainless steel base plates, this scale eliminates hollow channels, leaving no room for bacteria, mold, or cross-contamination.
The top plate lifts 75°, allowing complete visibility and access beneath the deck. With IP69K-rated load cells, an internally mounted junction box, and continuous welds, this floor scale sets the standard for sanitary performance and long-term durability.
