The RoughDeck HP-H Platform
The HP-H starts with a structural steel channel frame that provides rigid, long-term support under extreme loads. The diamond safety tread plate deck adds traction and durability, while four NTEP Certified alloy steel shear beam load cells deliver consistent, high-accuracy measurement across the full capacity range.
The TuffSeal® JB4SS stainless steel NEMA Type 4X junction box is mounted on a slide-out tray inside the structural steel channel — making setup, calibration, and maintenance significantly easier without compromising protection. Load cell cables are fully enclosed in conduit to protect against rough handling and environmental exposure.
All leveling is accessible from within the channel frame, and the centered ¾-10 NC threaded eyebolt hole makes repositioning the platform straightforward even in tight spaces.
