The RoughDeck® Rough-n-Ready System is a complete, plug-and-play floor scale package designed for precision weighing in demanding industrial applications. This system pairs the rugged RoughDeck HP 4×4 floor scale with the advanced 680 Synergy Series digital weight indicator, both factory-calibrated and optimized for 5,000 divisions.
Built on a structural steel channel frame, the RoughDeck HP offers long-term durability in harsh environments. It’s equipped with four NTEP Certified shear beam load cells, a 20 ft hostile environment load cell cable, and a TuffSeal junction box housed inside a protective steel frame. The rugged diamond treadplate surface provides traction and safety for pallet loading and industrial use.
The included 680 indicator features a bright LED display, numeric keypad, and durable 304 stainless steel enclosure rated IP69K, making it suitable for washdown zones. With multiple communication ports—RS-232, RS-485/422, USB, and Ethernet TCP/IP—the 680 can seamlessly integrate with printers, PCs, and other systems, maximizing workflow efficiency.
