The RoughDeck® Rough-n-Ready System with 480 or 480 Plus indicator is a complete, pre-calibrated floor scale system that’s engineered for harsh environments and high-performance weighing. Designed for Legal for Trade operations, this industrial-grade package is ideal for shipping, production, and warehouse applications.
At its core is the RoughDeck HP 4×4 floor scale, built with a rigid structural steel underframe, rugged diamond treadplate, and a 20 ft SURVIVOR® hostile environment cable. It also includes the TuffSeal® stainless steel NEMA Type 4X junction box, which is recessed for fork protection and easy access.
The system pairs with your choice of the Rice Lake 480 or 480 Plus Legend® Series indicator. The 480 features a bright 0.8-inch red LED display, while the 480 Plus adds a numeric keypad for added usability in environments requiring manual input. Both models include dual communication ports and operate reliably in electrically noisy environments.
