Designed to eliminate the limitations and cost of traditional hardwired conduit, TranSend wirelessly transmits digital weight data from one or multiple load cells to your indicator or industrial control system.
The MSI-7000HD transmitter interfaces with load cells and sends accurate weight data over distances up to 300 feet line of sight. It supports a wide range of receiving devices including the MSI-8000HD, digital indicators, PCs, and PLCs. For added flexibility, each transmitter is individually paired with a receiver and supports RS-232 full-duplex serial communication.
Engineered for reliability in industrial and outdoor environments, the TranSend is housed in a rugged IP68-rated milled aluminum enclosure, capable of operating in extreme temperatures. Whether used in crane scales, tank systems, livestock, or truck scales, it provides real-time load monitoring without the hassle of cables.
Advanced multi-channel models offer up to three relay contacts, an audible alarm, and can detect load cell failures with auto-compensation to prevent downtime.
