With a lightweight anodized aluminum frame (up to 100000 lb) or steel body construction (for 120000 lb and above), this device is NEMA Type 4/IP65 rated, providing strong resistance against harsh environments. The large, backlit LCD screen ensures weight values are visible even from long distances.
For advanced applications, the Dyna-Link 2 includes an optional RF modem that wirelessly connects to the MSI-8000 family of remote displays, offering remote control and monitoring up to 100 ft (30 m). It also supports RS-232 output for logging and integration with third-party systems.
Battery life is highly efficient—delivering up to 300 hours of operation with standard alkaline C or D cells, depending on model capacity. The integrated auto-off mode and programmable setpoints make it perfect for mission-critical operations requiring long-duration accuracy and control.
