The MSI-7001HD TranSend is a high-performance wireless load cell interface system designed to replace traditional hardwired junction boxes in industrial weighing setups. Whether used in overhead cranes, livestock scales, tank weighing, or high-capacity platforms, TranSend offers seamless wireless integration while maintaining accuracy and reliability.
Instead of relying on physical conduits—prone to damage and expensive repairs—TranSend provides an elegant wireless solution using direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) 2.4 GHz RF communication. It is ideal for indoor or outdoor environments and transmits reliably up to 300 feet line-of-sight. For even greater distances, customized solutions are available upon request.
The rugged IP68 milled aluminum enclosure makes it suitable for wet or dusty environments, while its multi-channel models offer enhanced functions like relay outputs, audible alarms, and smart junction box behavior. In case of a load cell failure, TranSend auto-compensates and sends alerts—ensuring minimal downtime.
Compatible with MSI-8000, MSI-8000HD, and virtually any RS-232 or RS-485 based indicator or device, the MSI-7001HD is a future-ready wireless bridge for your weighing systems.
