The TranSend™ MSI-7000 Wireless Load Cell Interface System is a robust and reliable wireless solution for transmitting load cell data in industrial weighing environments. From overhead cranes and livestock platforms to tanks and heavy-duty weigh stations, the TranSend system efficiently converts analog load cell signals and transmits them to a digital indicator. Its fully paired transmitter and receiver sets ensure secure, interference-free communication. The transmitter even provides excitation power to the load cells—allowing compatibility with virtually any digital weight indicator including MSI-8000, MSI-8000HD, PLCs, PCs, and more.
With a rugged IP68 aluminum enclosure, the MSI-7000 is built for both indoor and outdoor applications in harsh conditions, offering a line-of-sight range of up to 300 feet. Optional configurations allow for multi-channel expansion, relay contacts, audible alerts, and smart junction box functionality. In the event of a load cell failure, the device can automatically detect and compensate, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
