The TranSend™ MSI-7001 by Rice Lake is a robust and advanced wireless load cell interface system designed to simplify communication between load cells and digital weight indicators. Built for reliability and flexibility, it eliminates the need for expensive and failure-prone wiring and conduit systems in demanding weighing environments such as tank weighing, crane operations, and livestock applications.
The MSI-7001 transmitter not only supplies excitation power to the load cells but also wirelessly transmits the signal to the receiver, making the system completely independent of the indicator's power supply. Its versatile design is compatible with MSI-8000/HD, other digital indicators, PCs, and PLCs.
With the option to upgrade to multi-channel models, TranSend MSI-7001 provides smart junction box capabilities, audible alerts, and relay outputs. Built-in load cell fault detection and compensation ensures that weighing continues even when a load cell fails—keeping your workflow uninterrupted.
Backed by MSI’s engineering expertise and designed with industrial environments in mind, this system features rugged IP68 construction, wide operating temperature tolerance, and a reliable wireless range of up to 300 ft.
