The SendIt™ Wireless Load Cell Interface System is a plug-and-play wireless solution designed to streamline communication between your load cells and weight indicators. Ideal for industrial and outdoor weighing applications, SendIt removes the need for costly and failure-prone wired conduit systems.
By transmitting data via 2.4 GHz license-free RF frequency using 802.15.4 spread spectrum, SendIt ensures secure, stable communication within a 100 to 300 ft line-of-sight range. Each transmitter and receiver pair is pre-synced at the factory, ensuring interference-free operation, even when multiple systems operate nearby.
The transmitter supplies +4.8 VDC excitation directly to the load cells and supports up to 16 × 350 ohm or 32 × 700 ohm configurations. All SendIt systems include a RS-232 serial cable, simplifying integration with most weight indicators or digital systems.
Built into a black powder-coated aluminum enclosure rated NEMA 4/IP66, SendIt stands up to tough conditions—whether mounted on forklifts, crane systems, tanks, or weigh modules. Designed with circuit protection against RFI, EMI, and ESD, it ensures reliability in high-noise environments.
