The SCT-4X High-Speed Transmitter is an advanced DIN-rail mount weighing solution designed for industrial applications that demand precision, speed, and real-time data access. Ideal for micro-dosing, belt scales, multiscale platforms, and other high-speed weighing systems, the SCT-4X delivers up to 2,600 conversions per second in single-channel mode, ensuring ultra-fast, accurate weight measurement.
This intelligent transmitter is engineered to manage either a single scale with four load cells or four separate scales simultaneously. It features a powerful integrated web server (on standard models) for remote diagnostics, calibration, and configuration, significantly reducing the need for on-site adjustments.
Equipped with a 14.2 mm red LED display and intuitive five-key menu, users can easily manage zeroing, taring, function modes, data printing, and standby functions. Removable terminal blocks simplify wiring inside control panels, and built-in RS-232 and RS-485 ports enable seamless communication with external systems.
The optional xSpeed Software unlocks advanced customization, enabling users to fine-tune weighing filters, visualize vibrations, and run oscilloscope diagnostics for optimal performance in dynamic applications.
