🧩 Product Overview:
Selleton’s automatic pallet-making machine is engineered to bring efficiency and precision to high-output pallet production. With the ability to produce up to 400 pallets per day (60–80 per hour), this semi-automatic system is a powerhouse solution for businesses that require speed, reliability, and consistency in pallet manufacturing.
Equipped with a 3-gun BOSTITCH nailing system powered by air pressure and servo control, the machine secures each nail evenly across boards with pneumatic precision. The integrated jig system holds boards and stringers firmly in place, providing accurate alignment and simplifying assembly. Operators build the top face of the pallet, then flip it to complete the back with minimal effort.
Once the pallet is built, it transfers automatically to the stacker unit, which neatly organizes pallets and feeds them to the roller conveyor for quick handling and logistics.
To expand functionality, the package includes a Double Notching System designed to create 4-way stringer pallets. This allows manufacturers to produce standard sizes like 36”×36”, 48”×40”, and 48”×60” with flexibility for custom configurations.
