The SURVIVOR Paramounts HE Weigh Module Kit provides a comprehensive weighing solution for vessels that experience significant expansion, contraction, and vibration. The system comprises three distinct module designs that work in concert to deliver superior accuracy. The fixed-pin module serves as the vessel's primary reference point, while the side-stop module permits controlled mechanical expansion in a single direction. The addition of free-sliding modules completes the system, allowing for the free motion necessary to eliminate unwanted mechanical side loads, ensuring the vessel remains a high-accuracy weighing platform even in the most unfriendly environments.

Constructed entirely of stainless steel, these modules offer a bolt-in-place design that eliminates the need for additional load buttons or mounting plates. The Flintec SB4 load cells are hermetically sealed and feature matched mV/V/ohm outputs to minimize maintenance costs and simplify installation. The unique design accommodates thermal expansion and contraction, while the patented blind load hole technology protects against inaccurate readings caused by side or eccentric loading. Integral jacking and shipping bolts enhance safety by preventing accidental lift-off and allowing for quick field removal of load cells, and the 25 ft of hostile environment EL147HE cable ensures reliable data transmission.
