The SCT-4XD Belt Scale Integrator is a compact, high-speed weight processing unit designed to deliver high-resolution belt scale control in industrial environments. Capable of managing up to four load cells on one scale, this integrator is equipped with dual encoder support for test weight automation and redundancy.
Its robust digital interface includes RS-232, RS-485, and a Micro-USB port for RL Tools configuration, diagnostics, and backup. In models with fieldbus support, a built-in web server allows complete remote configuration, making it easy to calibrate or troubleshoot from anywhere within the network.
The SCT-4XD is often paired with the 1280 HMI terminal for enhanced visualization, but can also operate standalone. It provides analog output, pulse inputs, and digital I/O to seamlessly integrate into automated processes.
