The OHAUS Scout Series offers industry-leading precision and user-friendly operation in a compact, robust design suitable for a wide range of applications. Available in SPX models with a bright LCD display or STX models featuring a full-color touchscreen, the Scout delivers fast and accurate results in laboratories, classrooms, and light industrial settings.
Constructed with a durable ABS housing and stainless steel pan, the Scout is engineered for daily use. With stabilization time of just one second, users can get results quickly, increasing productivity. Its wide range of application modes includes weighing, checkweighing, percent weighing, parts counting, totalization, and more. STX models go even further by supporting density determination, dynamic/animal weighing, and mole weighing.
Equipped with an RS-232 port and optional connectivity, and powered by AC adapter or four AA batteries, this scale is ready for both portable and desktop use. With extended battery life up to 120 hours, the Scout ensures long-term, uninterrupted operation for field or lab tasks.
