  The RoughDeck Rough-n-Ready System combines the rugged construction of the RoughDeck HP floor scale with the advanced functionality of the Rice Lake 482 or 482 Plus weight indicator, creating a turnkey solution for industrial environments. The 4 ft x 4 ft scale deck is built with a robust structural steel under-support to withstand heavy daily use, while the four NTEP certified alloy steel shear beam load cells ensure precise weight capture. A side-access JB4SS TuffSeal junction box simplifies maintenance and cable management, connecting the scale to the indicator via the included 20-foot hostile environment cable.

The system is factory-calibrated, enabling a swift and straightforward installation. Once on-site, it can be calibrated and sealed to achieve NTEP Certification for legal-for-trade applications. The 482 indicator series offers clear weight display on its backlit LCD screen, with tactile keys for reliable operation even with gloved hands. The 482 Plus model adds a numeric keypad for enhanced data entry and control.
