-
Diagnostic routines detect overload, underload, zero reference drift, noise, and unbalanced conditions
The iQUBE³ digital diagnostic junction box replaces traditional analog junction boxes with a smarter, faster approach to scale maintenance. Each connected load cell is individually monitored through four A/D channels per CPU board, giving you immediate visibility into issues such as drift, instability, or imminent cell failure. This granular insight dramatically reduces troubleshooting time and helps prevent unexpected scale outages. The system supports networking up to five iQUBE³ four-channel boards, allowing connection of up to four separate scales plus a total scale, making it ideal for complex multi-channel environments.
Installation and setup are significantly simplified compared to analog alternatives. The iQUBE³ delivers cleaner digital signal transmission with superior noise immunity and plug-and-play configuration. Two option slots accommodate fiber optic, analog output (16-bit resolution, 0 to 10 VDC, 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA), relay, serial (RS-232 or RS-422/485), wireless Ethernet TCP/IP, or a bridge resistance board. Whether used for truck scales, railroad scales, tank and hopper systems, or multi-channel scales, the iQUBE³ provides the diagnostic intelligence and calibration speed that modern metrology operations require.
