The 1280 FlexWeigh Systems Concrete Batcher delivers next-generation batching functionality tailored for ready-mix and portable concrete operations. Powered by Rice Lake’s 1280 Enterprise Series Indicator, it offers a large 12-inch color touchscreen, embedded Linux® OS, and a robust 460 MB onboard database—all designed to simplify and streamline your batching operations.
This batching system offers flexible setup for up to five scales (including multiple cement and aggregate bins), four admixtures, and precise moisture compensation inputs. Operators can manage the process directly from the front panel or remotely through a web server interface.
With real-time data logging, USB export, and customizable batch tickets, the 1280 FlexWeigh empowers operators with total control over materials, mixes, and customer records.
