Combining a Legal for Trade floor scale with a high-resolution camera-based dimensioner, the system captures complete pallet data in under 2 seconds, significantly reducing costly carrier disputes and invoice adjustments.
With a fully integrated 5×5 ft floor scale (5,000 lb capacity), this turnkey system is designed for warehouse, logistics, and shipping operations that demand speed and accuracy. The Pallet Tare Mode lets you exclude the pallet itself from measurements—ideal for internal processing (note: not Legal for Trade). Whether loading via forklift or side-loading with pallet jacks (with optional ramps), the PWD provides hassle-free operation and seamless integration into your workflow.
The iDimension App, HTTP/XML API, and optional iDimension SS platform make data handling simple—transferring weight, dimensions, and captured images to ERP, WMS, or claims platforms in real time. The optional 5th sensor ensures accuracy for black stretch-wrapped freight, while the rugged components ensure reliable long-term performance in harsh dock environments.
