The MS202 Permanent Monorail Scale is engineered for environments that demand long-term, stable, and repeatable suspended load weighing. Unlike portable models, the MS202 is intended for fixed placement, replacing a straight section of your existing rail system with an integrated weighing section.
Its 8-inch live rail section is designed to weigh a single trolley at a time, offering precise and consistent measurements—ideal for meat processing, food production, or industrial monorail lines. The scale supports both 3/8" and 1/2" rail sizes, and is offered in two capacity configurations: 750 lb or 1500 lb.
Built from nickel-plated mild steel or stainless steel, the MS202 delivers rugged durability in harsh environments. A high-performance stainless steel load cell ensures accuracy while the recessed design of the live rail stabilizes each weighment. With NTEP and Measurement Canada approvals, the MS202 can be confidently used in legal-for-trade applications.
Installation is quick—requiring just 14 inches between rail hangers and less than 41 inches of straight rail in total. Simply swap out your existing section and bolt the MS202 in place.
