The 1280 HMI Belt Scale System with SCT-4XD Integrator delivers powerful performance, user-friendly operation, and precise process control for high-volume material handling environments. Designed by Rice Lake Weighing Systems, this integrated solution combines the rugged intelligence of the SCT-4XD integrator with the touchscreen-based 1280 HMI terminal, offering unparalleled ease of use and flexible data management.
At the core of the system, the SCT-4XD supports up to four load cells, dual pulse inputs for speed encoder redundancy, and analog or digital outputs. It features rapid sampling rates (up to 2,600 Hz) and supports industrial analog signals, fieldbus protocols, and high-accuracy analog outputs.
Complementing the SCT-4XD is the 1280 HMI terminal, featuring a 7-inch resistive touchscreen, built-in web server for remote connectivity, high-resolution signal processing, eight digital I/O channels, and optional expansion boards. With real-time process diagnostics and configuration menus, the system simplifies setup and maximizes operational uptime.
