The SURVIVOR RL2100 HE heavy-capacity weigh module kit is an all-in-one solution for converting tanks, blenders, and reactors into precision scales. Incorporating an articulating load plate, hardened load pin, and a double-ended beam load cell into a simple, bolt-in-place design, these modules can be mounted directly to a tank leg without the need for additional load buttons or mounting plates. The kit includes either three or four RL2100 HE stainless steel compression mounts, each equipped with NTEP Certified RL75060S or RL75058S-LP stainless steel load cells, ensuring legal-for-trade accuracy for multi-cell applications up to 10,000 divisions.
Engineered for hostile environments, the kit comes complete with a JB4SS NEMA Type 4X stainless steel junction box and 25 ft of EL147HE SURVIVOR load cell cable. This robust construction, combined with integral conduit adapters, provides exceptional protection during high-pressure washdowns.
